How It Is Measured
- On Time: from Interprise's own delivery record. An order is on time only if every line met its due date.
- In Full: from the order lines. An order is in full only if nothing was back-ordered or short-shipped.
- OTIF: on time and in full, measured per whole order (it is what the customer experiences).
- Headline defaults to the last complete month. Use the selector (top right) to view any month. The current part-month is marked.
